About the project
This 230-unit loft
style apartment complex is part of the historic Foundry, which was built
in 1872 to house the Brown & Sharpe Manufacturing Co. The building was
added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003, and has been
beautifully restored as one of New England’s prominent historic
architectural sites.
