About the project
Kennedy Manor is a
nine-story housing development operated by the Pawtucket Housing
Authority. There are 171 units of housing for the elderly and the
disabled at the site. Originally built in 1964, the building has
recently undergone extensive renovations and improvements, and the
Housing Authority has invested more than $1.5 million, nearly as much as
the original cost of the building. Alpha Omega’s waterproofing of the
building is an important part of these extensive renovations so that the
building may continue to be a safe and comfortable place for the
residents.
